CardReview.in provides access to the Users to various financial products, including but not limited to credit cards etc., offered by the economic partners of CardReview.in. It is hereby clarified that the term ”Users” or “You” used under these Terms & Conditions shall mean any person accessing the Platform merely for browsing or for the purpose of availing of a product offered by the financial partners of CardReview.in. Your use of this Platform implies that You have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the following disclaimer, terms & conditions (“Terms & Conditions”). These Terms & Conditions, together with our privacy policy as provided on the Platform (“Privacy Policy”), govern your usage of the Platform. If You disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Platform.

General The Platform provides the Users access to various financial products offered by the economic partners of CardReview.in. CardReview.in is merely a facilitator providing the Platform to any person in need of financial products and does not directly provide any financial services to the Users. CardReview.in is not an organization registered with the Reserve Bank of India and does not hold any license to engage in any activities relating to lending or borrowing. CardReview.in is not a Financial Institution under the Companies Act, 2013 or the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, or any other laws for the time being in force in India. CardReview.in is also not a deposit-taking company or a chit fund, or a company offering any investment schemes as per the rules and regulations for the time being in force in India.

CardReview.in is a service provider facilitating access between a Bank or Non-Banking Financial Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India (“Financial Partner” or “Lender”), and a person desirous of availing a financial product. The final decision regarding lending and borrowing is also subject to the choice of the financial partner and the users in their respective capacities as lenders/borrowers.

If you wish to use any of the financial products displayed on the Platform, you will be required to provide certain information, and our representatives will contact you by phone or email to understand your requirements.

CardReview.in provides various services, including but not limited to the following (“Services”):

• Assisting the Users to obtain a credit card or other financial products from various Lenders who are partnered with CardReview.in;
• Assisting the Users to obtain their credit report through authorized agents partnered with CardReview.in. CardReview.in will monitor and update the credit report obtained by the User through the use of the Platform as and when CardReview.in receives such report from the authorized agents.
• Provision of support to the Users in verifying the financial capabilities of Users;
• In the event You have registered Your phone number on the ‘Do Not Disturb’ registers with Your network provider, You shall ensure to take all steps to enable the Company’s representative to contact You via phone to provide details about different financial products. You shall ensure that such calls received by you are pursuant to You providing us with information and you shall not register a complaint with the relevant authorities for the same.
• For the provision of the above-mentioned Services, CardReview.in will be using and sharing the information of the User with multiple Lenders as notified to you and other parties, as may be required for the purpose mentioned above and CardReview.in may also run multiple credit checks to be able to get the best available offers to suit the needs of the Users. The collection, storing, use and transfer of information shared by the User shall be governed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility The User of this Platform unequivocally declares and agrees that the User is a natural/legal person who has attained the age of at least 18 years and is legally allowed to enter into a contract in India. The User is permitted to utilize the services of the Company in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed under these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, the User hereby undertakes to agree and abide by the Terms & Conditions detailed herein. Suppose the User violates any of these Terms & Conditions or otherwise violates an agreement entered into through the medium of the Platform. In that case, CardReview.in may terminate the User’s membership, delete his/her profile and any content or information posted online by the User on the Platform, and/or prohibit the User from using or accessing the Platform at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice, including without limitation if CardReview.in believes that the User is under the age of 18 years.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions As a User of this Platform, You have agreed to the Terms & Conditions that CardReview.in has provided hereunder or anywhere else on this Platform, including but not limited to disclaimers on the Platform. You are advised to read and understand the said Terms & Conditions, and in case You do not wish to agree to these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the Platform.

CardReview.in reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time without any prior written notice to the User. It is the User’s responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for any updates/ changes. User’s continued use of the Platform following the modification of these Terms & Conditions will imply the acceptance by the User of the revisions.

Your Account If You wish to use the Platform, You are required to maintain an account. You will be required to furnish certain information and details, including Your name, email ID, contact number, and any other information deemed necessary by CardReview.in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your account, password, and activities that occur in or through Your account and for restricting access to Your computer to prevent unauthorized access to Your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform Us immediately if You have any reason to believe that Your password has become known to anyone else or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner. Please ensure that the details You provide Us with are true, correct, accurate and complete. Upon CardReview.in gaining knowledge of having any reasonable suspicion that the information provided by You is wrong, inaccurate or incorrect, CardReview.in shall immediately terminate Your account without any notice to You in this regard. In the event of any changes to the information shared by You at the time of registering Yourself on the Platform, You shall be responsible for forthwith notifying the said changes to. You can access and update most of the information You provided Us on the ‘dashboard’ area of Your account after You log in or by writing to us at [email protected]. If You fail to notify Us of any changes in the information shared with Us, CardReview.in will continue to use your information already available with Us. The right to use this Platform is personal to the User and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

You shall, at all times, abide by the Terms & Conditions stated herein, and any breach of the same may also lead to CardReview.in terminating Your account, and appropriate civil and criminal remedies will be sought against You as provided under the laws of India.

You further understand and agree with the disbursement of a loan, approval of a credit card, or deletion of CardReview.in a mobile application from your mobile device does not automatically rescind the consent you have provided to us under the Privacy Policy. Accordingly, if you want the company to delete all your personal data, please get in touch with us via email.

Privacy CardReview.in collects certain information from You in order to provide the Services. CardReview.in’s use of Your personal information is governed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

License and Site Access CardReview.in grants You a limited license to access and use the Platform for availing the Services, but not to download any material from it (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of CardReview.in and/or its affiliates, as may be applicable. Any unauthorized access to the Platform or any networks, servers, or computer systems connected to the Platform and any attempt to modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform or re-format or frame any portion of the pages of the Platform is not permitted. This license is non-transferable and does not permit any resale or commercial use of this Platform or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of anyone other than Your authorized use; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This Platform or any portion of this Platform (including but not limited to any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information) may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, distributed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of CardReview.in and/or its affiliates, as may be applicable. Any unauthorized use of the Platform shall terminate the permission or revoke the license granted by CardReview.in.

Monitoring of the Platform and Your Account CardReview.in has the right and liberty to monitor the content of the Platform at all times, which shall include information provided in your account. The monitoring of the Platform is important to determine the veracity of the information provided by you and ensure that every User remains in consonance with the Terms and Conditions provided herein. Subject to the Terms & Conditions mentioned herein, CardReview.in shall also have the liberty to remove any objectionable content that is in contravention of the Terms and Conditions or terminate Your account without any prior notice given to you in this regard.

User Conduct You agree and undertake to use the Platform only to post and upload messages and material that are proper. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree and undertake that when using the Platform, You will not:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.
• Publish, post, upload, distribute, or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic, name, material, or information.
• Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
• Upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Platform or another’s computer.
• Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
• Download any file posted by another user of a Forum that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such a manner.
• Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices proprietary designations, or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
• Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for or to any particular Service.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations for the time being in force in or outside India.

• You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that:

  2. is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
  3. harm minors in any way;
  4. infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights;
  5. violates any law for the time being in force;
  6. deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information that is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
  7. impersonate another person;
  8. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
  9. threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting any other nation.
• Any content and/or comment uploaded by You shall be subject to relevant Indian laws and may be disabled or subject to investigation under applicable laws. Furthermore, suppose You are found to be in non-compliance with the laws and regulations, these terms, or the privacy policy of the Platform. In that case, the Company shall have the right to immediately terminate/block Your access and usage of the Platform. The Company shall have the right to immediately remove any non-compliant Content and or comment uploaded by You. It shall further have the right to take recourse to such remedies as would be available to the Company under the applicable laws.

Communications When you use the Platform or send emails or other data, information, or communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records. You consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. Customer Solicitation You understand that by providing Your phone number(s) and email address to Us, You consent to be contacted by Us, or our partners/representatives via phone calls, SMS notifications, mobile applications and/or any other electronic or non-electronic means in case of upcoming offers and promotions. If you have registered yourself on the DND block list, We request you to immediately communicate the same to Us on [email protected] to not receive any phone calls from Us or Our representatives. However, we are not liable for any communication received from a 3rd party partner.

Charges CardReview.in reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the services. CardReview.in further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice. The User shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies and assessments for availing the CardReview.in services.

Intellectual Property Rights All materials on this Platform, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, icons and such like (the “Content”), are protected by copyright under Indian copyright law. You cannot use the Content, except as specified herein. You agree to follow all instructions on this Platform limiting the way You may use the Content. There are a number of proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks found on this Platform whether owned/used by CardReview.in or otherwise. By displaying them on this Platform, CardReview.in is not granting you any license to utilize those proprietary logos, service marks, or trademarks. Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and civil and criminal statutes.

You may download such copy/copies of the Content to be used only by you for your personal use at home only, provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained in such Content. The use of the Content on any other Platform or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.

In the event you download any software from this Platform, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the “Software”), are licensed to you by CardReview.in. CardReview.in does not transfer title to the Software to you. You own the medium on which the Software is recorded, but CardReview.in retains full and complete title to the Software and all intellectual property rights therein. You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse-engineer or disassemble the Software.

Disclaimer of Warranty/Limitation of Liability CardReview.in endeavors to ensure that all the information on the Platform is correct but does not guarantee or warrant its accuracy, adequacy, or completeness. CardReview.in does not warrant that the Platform or any service provided through the Platform will be uninterrupted or free from errors or that any information, software, or other material accessible through the Platform is free of viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other harmful components.

The User understands and agrees that any material or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Platform is done entirely at their discretion and risk. They will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data. CardReview.in is not responsible for any typographical error leading to an invalid coupon. CardReview.in accepts no liability for any errors or omissions with respect to any information provided to you, whether on its behalf or to third parties.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• THE PLATFORM, SERVICES AND OTHER MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED BY CardReview.in ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, CardReview.in MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; (ii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PLATFORM, SERVICES OR MATERIALS WILL BE EFFECTIVE, ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (iii) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS IN THE PLATFORM, SERVICES OR OTHER MATERIALS WILL BE CORRECTED.
• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CardReview.in WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY RELATED TO USER CONTENT ARISING UNDER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, LIBEL, PRIVACY, PUBLICITY, OBSCENITY OR OTHER LAWS. • CardReview.in WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS THAT YOU MAY INCUR AS A CONSEQUENCE OF UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR ACCOUNT INFORMATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM OR ANY SERVICES OR MATERIALS, EITHER WITH OR WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. THE USER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY MATERIAL OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS DONE ENTIRELY AT THEIR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THEY WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEMS OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL OR DATA. CardReview.in IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR LEADING TO AN INVALID COUPON. CardReview.in ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS, WITH RESPECT TO ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU WHETHER ON BEHALF OF ITSELF OR THIRD PARTIES.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CardReview.in from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by CardReview.in that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by You pursuant to these Terms.

Termination

• CardReview.in may suspend or terminate your use of the Platform or any Service at its sole and absolute discretion.
• Notwithstanding the foregoing sub-section above, these Terms will survive indefinitely unless and until CardReview.in chooses to terminate them.
• If You or CardReview.in terminates your use of the Platform, CardReview.in may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Platform and CardReview.in will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.
• You shall be liable to pay for any Service or Product that you have already ordered till the time of Termination by either party whatsoever.
• If the event occurs that You have violated any Terms or any applicable law, you shall promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Platform, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under these Terms or otherwise.

Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto, which shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

Report Abuse If you come across any abuse or violation of these Terms, please report it to [email protected]

Privacy Policy The User hereby consents, expresses, and agrees that they have read and fully understand our Privacy Policy. The user further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to them.

General Provisions

• Notice: All notices from CardReview.in will be sent by email to your account or as a general notification on the Platform. Any notice provided to CardReview.in pursuant to the Terms should be sent to [email protected].
• Assignment: You cannot assign or otherwise transfer the Terms or any rights granted hereunder to any third party. CardReview.in’s rights under the Terms are freely transferable by CardReview.in to any third parties without the requirement to seek Your consent.
• Severability: If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: RuPay. cc’s failure to enforce or exercise any provision of the Terms or any related right does not constitute a waiver of that provision or right.
• Feedback and Information: CardReview.in is free to use any feedback and/or information you provide to CardReview.in on an unrestricted basis.
